Studio 122 is your go-to rental space for small to medium size productions. Perfect for video and photo shoots, meetings, workshops, small weddings and events.

All rentals include the entire space: Main studio, front natural light studio, and upstairs loft.

Studio 122 is equipped with:

  • Full kitchen (no stove)

  • 2 bathrooms

  • Large makeup and styling area.

  • Lounge/work area (upstairs and down)

  • Free and ample parking

  • Street-level access (wheelchair accessible)
